Direct Response to Reviews About Indian Restaurant Gandhi

Indian Restaurant Gandhi is serving in Amsterdam since 1990 that means we have crossed miles to serve our customers perfect Indian and Halal cuisines. Our team wholeheartedly admit that sometimes there are some flaws in our services which are informed to us by our visitors. In our review section of Google and TripAdvisor that we keep checking all the time and attempt to respond the reviews as soon as possible.

We have 80% positive reviews (4 or 5 stars) however about 20% reviews are negative and average that is 3 stars or below 3 stars. Today In this blog, we want to pitch mostly average responses and admit all the flaws (if any) and give our the best in future as services.

Nicely located. Friendly staff. Average food

I visited here with my wife as it was raining outside. But ended up having a dinner. This is nicely located on the main Street and the staff is friendly. We ordered two thalis ..veg and non veg. The food was average and economical as I have tasted much better food at other Indian restaurants in Europe. The staff was nice.

FOOD AVERAGE – GOOD SERVICE

Would have been a 2 star but the service saved it. The entrance to the restaurant is not as welcoming as is the old dated décor in the restaurant.

Good food, bad ambience

Well the food is quite authentic, and the spice levels could be really high if you chose them to be spicy. Overall we were satisfied with the quality and portion of the food served.

Location is good, but the entrance and the ambience inside non satisfactory.

Food is great, the place is always crowded. They are unable to manage the crowd. Sometimes you need to repeat / remind. Otherwise everything is excellent.

Average ambience and food. Don’t get confused by the name – serves more non-vegetarian dishes than vegetarian.
